We start pulling at 8am! So make sure at least one person from your team is here to start things off. For every minute after 8am your team is not rowing, every member of the team has to do 10 burpees once the marathon is done. So be on time!

Because of the Marathon Row on Saturday, there will be no workout or yoga. Instead, please come by and encourage/heckle the rowers. Also, we will happily be accepting donations for the One Life Food Pantry during the event. Please help us fill the giant food box!
